1、絕緣性能

2、柜(ju)體抗動(dong)熱穩定(ding)性(xing)能
柜體動熱穩定(ding)性能是生產(chan)商考慮的(de)首位(wei)(wei)問題。在大(da)電(dian)流的(de)情(qing)況下,一旦出現短(duan)路,柜體應(ying)具(ju)備承受短(duan)路電(dian)流的(de)能力,對(dui)柜體的(de)結(jie)構(gou)強(qiang)度要求很高,作為低壓(ya)柜的(de)設計人員,首先應(ying)考慮水(shui)平主母(mu)(mu)排(pai)的(de)固定(ding)方式及位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)放置(zhi)。如斷路器樁(zhuang)頭與銅(tong)母(mu)(mu)排(pai)搭(da)接(jie)(jie)處(母(mu)(mu)排(pai)采用鍍銀處理)、注(zhu)意連(lian)接(jie)(jie)部位(wei)(wei)緊固螺栓(shuan)的(de)壓(ya)力、測導(dao)體材料電(dian)導(dao)率是否滿足要求等等,但(dan)其(qi)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)面積由于太小,使(shi)得接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)電(dian)阻太大(da)發熱而使(shi)溫度過(guo)高。
3、故障電弧的(de)保護能力
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種氣(qi)體(ti)游(you)離放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現(xian)象,也是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種等離子體(ti)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian)是(shi)溫度很高,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流很小,持續(xu)時間(jian)短,一(yi)(yi)(yi)旦出現(xian)擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)點(dian)則(ze)會頻繁出現(xian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,會產(chan)生(sheng)大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)熱,能(neng)引(yin)燃周(zhou)圍(wei)的(de)(de)易燃易爆(bao)品,造(zao)成(cheng)火災(zai)甚(shen)至爆(bao)炸。線路上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)可分為兩種,一(yi)(yi)(yi)種是(shi)正常的(de)(de)操(cao)作弧(hu)(hu)(hu),稱“好弧(hu)(hu)(hu)”;另一(yi)(yi)(yi)種是(shi)故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu),稱“壞弧(hu)(hu)(hu)”。故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)主(zhu)要是(shi)由(you)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)絕緣老化(hua)、破損,空(kong)氣(qi)潮濕(shi)引(yin)起的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan),或者電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)連接松動等原因造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,會產(chan)生(sheng)大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)熱,能(neng)引(yin)燃周(zhou)圍(wei)的(de)(de)易燃易爆(bao)品,造(zao)成(cheng)火災(zai)甚(shen)至爆(bao)炸。
4、抽屜開關(guan)設備(bei)的溫升
低壓抽出式大連高低壓開關柜抽屜(ti)開關設(she)備的(de)溫升(sheng),也是(shi)考查(cha)柜體結(jie)構設(she)計的(de)一個(ge)(ge)重要指(zhi)標(biao)。柜內的(de)溫升(sheng)與外(wai)殼(ke)的(de)安裝(zhuang)形式、外(wai)殼(ke)的(de)尺寸、是(shi)否(fou)帶通(tong)風槽以及通(tong)風槽的(de)大小,內部(bu)(bu)水平隔板數,元(yuan)器(qi)件的(de)有效損耗及抽屜(ti)單元(yuan)個(ge)(ge)數等參數有關。抽出式柜的(de)通(tong)風設(she)計中(zhong)功能單元(yuan)部(bu)(bu)分的(de)通(tong)風很重要。
