低壓配電(dian)(dian)柜(ju)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)則先(xian)于高(gao)壓行(xing)(xing)業(ye)將計(ji)算機技(ji)(ji)術(shu)應用(yong)與產(chan)品(pin)結(jie)構(gou)中(zhong)。實現產(chan)品(pin)智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)和網絡化(hua)(hua),并(bing)已(yi)有(you)(you)智能(neng)的(de)低壓斷路(lu)器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)、過(guo)載繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)、大(da)連開關柜(ju)等(deng)(deng)(deng)產(chan)品(pin)問世;此外,國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)內低壓電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)可靠性研究(jiu)、無觸點開關、真(zhen)空技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、限流技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、零飛弧、高(gao)性能(neng)和小型(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)、組合化(hua)(hua)、模數(shu)化(hua)(hua)、模塊化(hua)(hua)等(deng)(deng)(deng)方面均取得(de)了可喜的(de)成績。我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)高(gao)壓開關柜(ju)已(yi)發展到(dao)金(jin)屬封(feng)閉型(xing)(xing)(含(han)鎧裝、間隔和箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi))、低壓則以封(feng)閉抽出式(shi)單元為主。各種高(gao)壓手車式(shi)、中(zhong)置式(shi)、環(huan)網柜(ju)、F-C柜(ju)、箱(xiang)(xiang)變以及(ji)低壓抽屜(ti)柜(ju)、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機控(kong)制中(zhong)心等(deng)(deng)(deng)產(chan)品(pin)已(yi)大(da)量上(shang)市。我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)高(gao)低壓成套設備均已(yi)等(deng)(deng)(deng)同(tong)或等(deng)(deng)(deng)效(xiao)采用(yong)IEC標準,根據國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)情在(zai)絕(jue)緣要求上(shang)還嚴于IEC標準。我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)中(zhong)不(bu)少企業(ye)已(yi)開始采用(yong)CAD、CAPP、CAM、CAE、MIS等(deng)(deng)(deng)先(xian)進技(ji)(ji)術(shu),部分重點,骨干企業(ye)已(yi)具備CIMS技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。值得(de)一(yi)提的(de)是,直到(dao)二十世紀(ji)結(jie)束(shu),無論是國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)內還是國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)外,整個電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)科(ke)學理論尚未達到(dao)成熟和完善的(de)地(di)步,特(te)別是對電(dian)(dian)弧過(guo)程及(ji)其數(shu)學模型(xing)(xing)的(de)建立等(deng)(deng)(deng)課題(ti),仍然有(you)(you)待進一(yi)步研究(jiu)。電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)設計(ji)除(chu)發熱、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)力、電(dian)(dian)接觸、電(dian)(dian)磁特(te)性等(deng)(deng)(deng)方面有(you)(you)一(yi)些(xie)零星的(de)經驗(yan)公式(shi)外,說到(dao)底(di)不(bu)過(guo)是類比優化(hua)(hua)加實驗(yan)的(de)方法。
